Software Developed

  1. RecPF: http://www.caam.rice.edu/~optimization/L1/RecPF/
A MATLAB code for image reconstruction from partial Fourier data that solves models with total-variation and $\ell_1$ regularization and an $\ell_2$-norm fidelity to fit the available incomplete Fourier data. Co-developed with Junfeng Yang and Wotao Yin.

  2. FTVd: http://www.caam.rice.edu/~optimization/L1/ftvd/
A MATLAB code for image deblurring and denoising that solves the model with total-variation regularization and $\ell_2$-norm fidelity. Co-developed with Junfeng Yang, Yilun Wang and Wotao Yin.

  3. FPC: http://www.caam.rice.edu/~optimization/L1/fpc/
A MATLAB package for solving large-scale convex optimization problems with $\ell_1$-norm regularization. Co-developed with Elaine Hale and Wotao Yin.

  4. LIPSOL: http://www.caam.rice.edu/~yzhang/lipsol/
A MATLAB-based package for solving large-scale linear programs by interior-point methods. It was the first free software based on interior-point methods capable of solving all the 95 Netlib LP problems. This package has been licensed to The MathWorks, Inc. and included in Matlab.

  5. CirCut: http://www.caam.rice.edu/~yzhang/circut/
A Fortran-90 code for approximating binary quadratic programs (now including Max-Cut and Max-Bisection). Co-developed with Burer and Monteiro.

  6. Max-AO: http://www.math.gatech.edu/~burer/Max-AO/
An ANSI C package for high-quality heuristics for the maximum stable set, maximum clique, and related problems based on continuous optimization formulations. Co-developed with Burer and Monteiro.

  7. MVE: http://www.caam.rice.edu/~yzhang/mve/
A Matlab code for the maximum volume ellipsoid problem: finding the maximum volume ellipsoid inscribing a given polytopes.
