Awards

  • Eagle Scout: Obtained the Boy Scout’s Eagle rank. Project consisted of helping Project YES, a local non-profit, upgrade their outdated computers for the use of their middle and high school students. (December 2009)
  • Mathematical Contest in Modeling (MCM): Participated in the annual MCM through CU, where a group of three undergraduate students work together to clarify, analyze, and propose a solution to an open-ended real-world problem; obtained the ranking of Meritorious (top 10% of participants). (Spring 2015)
  • Dean’s List: Achieved above a 3.6 GPA at the University of Colorado School of Engineering and Applied Science. (Fall 2011, Spring 2012, Fall 2012, Spring 2013, Spring 2014, Fall 2014, Spring 2015)


Honor Societies

  • Tau Beta Pi: Engineering honors fraternity at CU-Boulder, whose academically successful candidates organize and participate in numerous community service events each year. (Fall 2013 – Present)
  • Engineering Honors Program: A selective program at the University of Colorado that admits applicants interested in engineering based on academic success, extracurricular activities, and volunteer work outside of school. (Fall 2011 – May 2015)
  • Engineering Fellows: Selective group that focuses on holding review sessions prior to midterms and final exams for engineering classes, such as Calculus 1-3, Differential Equations, and Circuit Analysis. (Fall 2013 – May 2015)
