Curriculum Vitae

My CV in PDF format is available here.

I was born and raised in Berkeley, California. For as long as I can remember, I have loved the academic pursuit of knowledge. Until the age of fourteen I attended the Prospect Sierra School. I later attended The College Prepararatory School. It was during this time that I began to develop a specific interest in science and mathematics. I then did my undergraduate studies at Caltech, where I received a degree in Applied and Computational Mathematics. Afterward, I returned to my hometown to pursue a doctoral degree in Applied Mathematics at UC Berkeley.

In my spare time, I enjoy activities such as singing, running, hiking, reading (especially science fiction), and playing computer games.
